4th Thanksgiving with No Turkey!

Just got finished celebrating my fourth year straight of being vegetarian. I didnt become a vegetarian four years ago on thanksgiving, I had converted a few months before, but it is easier to remember because most of my family questions me at the thanksgiving feast about my vegetarianism. It doesn't bother me, infact, it instills my reasoning for being vegetarian, and makes me grateful for the food god does provide for me. I have a mini celebration about the animals I've saved, the envirnmental and economic benefits that I have created, and the health I have enjoyed for the past four years due to this lifestyle switch. This year I am thankful for being vegetarian! (eat tofurky!)
